The mission of my practice is to support clients with compassion, kindness, and respect. Through my experience with eating disorders, I help clients develop healthier relationships with food and their body image. My work with clients is collaborative, as a partner in their health journey.
Each situation is individual, and the care provided is client-centered. My weight-inclusive practice is a safe space for clients to contemplate their health goals. I work with clients to release the guilt and shame surrounding food to reach a place of self-compassion. Clients learn to shift their focus from weight and calories to more intentional and mindful way of eating.
Having been a dietitian for many years, I have seen the evolution of diet culture and the harm that it has caused, particularly to women. My primary focus is the care of women wishing to overcome eating disorders and disordered eating.
Nothing improves performance better than having a solid handle on nutrition and fueling. As an avid cyclist. I support female athletes of all levels to reach their performance goals through better nutrition.
I aim to support weight loss in a very gentle and healthy way. My goal is for clients to get off the dieting merry-go-round and develop a more intuitive way of eating. We do not "pursue" weight loss. It typically happens organically as behaviors evolve and change.

I loved working with Suzi on my nutritional goals. We focused on making only one or two changes per session, which made the process feel manageable and not overwhelming at all. I feel more energetic in both daily life and workouts.

With Suzi's help, I could meet all my goals this summer. Over the entire summer, I rode 1000 miles, including a few 65+ mile rides. It was so wonderful finally being able to reach these goals.
